How we handle your data
This notice explains what data we collect on this site, what we use it for and how you can access, correct or ask us to delete it, in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.

What data we collect
Only what you type into the diagnostic form:
- Your name.
- Your WhatsApp number or your email, whichever you choose.
- What you need (the option you select).
What we use it for
To answer your request and schedule the diagnostic call. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for advertising and we will not send you promotions without your permission.
How it reaches us
The form is delivered to our email through FormSubmit, a service based in the United States that only relays the message. This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.
How long we keep it
For as long as our conversation with you lasts. If we do not end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after your last message.
Your rights
You can access, update, correct or ask us to delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to kigumi@kigumi.online: we answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days.

By sending the form you authorize the use of your data only for the purposes described here. If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
