Services

Eleven services to give your team its time back

Each service fits into what already works in your business, like the pieces of a kigumi joint. Choose by the problem you want to solve; if you are not sure where to start, the diagnostic will tell you.

Automate and connect

01

Reports, files and forms that process themselves

Manual process automation

What it is

We replace repetitive tasks a person does (downloading files, copying data, cross-checking spreadsheets, building reports, sending emails) with a process that runs on its own, on a schedule or when an event happens.

What it is for

Your team gets hours back every week, copy-and-paste errors go away and the process no longer depends on one particular person being available.

Practical examples

  • A store downloads its platform sales every Monday, cleans them in Excel and builds a report. We automate it so the report arrives by email every Monday at 7 a.m. with no one involved.
  • An admin team receives 10 files from different locations and merges them by hand. We build a process that validates, cleans, removes duplicates and delivers a single file or loads it into a database.
  • A web form someone retypes by hand today is saved automatically and notifies the person in charge.

Where we've done it

n8n workflows in production with webhooks, conditionals and database connections; scheduled jobs in Airflow; email notifications (SMTP and Resend).

No one types data twice

Platform integration

What it is

We connect two or more systems you already use so they pass information to each other automatically, through APIs and webhooks.

What it is for

It stops the same information from being typed twice into different systems and keeps everything in sync in real time.

Practical examples

  • When an order comes into the online store, it is recorded in the internal system and the shipping team gets a message.
  • Data from a form or a campaign goes straight into the CRM with the right tag.
  • An in-house system receives notifications from a payment gateway and updates the order status.

Where we've done it

A Telegram bot integrated with n8n, an in-house service and Supabase; CORS and domain setup between frontend and backend for an e-commerce site in production.

Always included

Authentication (API keys, tokens), error handling, retries, a log of what happened and documentation.

They book, record and look things up

Bots and assistants connected to processes

What it is

A bot on Telegram or WhatsApp that takes actions inside your business: it records data, books appointments, queries your database and answers with what it finds.

What it is for

It serves customers or captures information 24/7 without anyone watching, on the channel your customers already use.

Practical examples

  • A practice or barbershop where customers write on chat and the bot checks availability and books the appointment.
  • A small shop that logs sales or expenses in plain language ("sold 3 t-shirts for 45k") and the bot turns it into an organized record.
  • An internal bot that answers "how much did we sell this month?" by querying the database.

Where we've done it

A Telegram bot that reads free text in Spanish and turns it into structured transactions, with a confidence threshold that asks for confirmation when unsure; an appointment-booking chatbot tuned to spend less on the AI model.

What makes it different

The bot works with your business data and processes, asks for confirmation when it is unsure what it understood and keeps running costs under control.

Documents and messages that read themselves

AI applied to processes

What it is

We use language models or text processing to extract, classify or summarize information inside an existing process. We validate every result and save it in an organized way to your database or spreadsheet.

What it is for

It handles volumes of text or documents that someone reads and retypes by hand today.

Practical examples

  • Extracting key fields (tax ID, date, amount, supplier) from PDF invoices and saving them to a database.
  • Sorting emails or support tickets by type and urgency automatically.
  • Turning customer text or voice messages into structured orders.

Where we've done it

A natural language parser built with spaCy and rules, with a confidence level per result; cost optimization of a workflow using Claude.

Works best

As part of an automation, an integration or a bot, so the AI works inside a process with clear rules.

Reliable data

05

Up-to-date reports, built on checked data

Data pipelines (ETL) with quality checks

What it is

An automated process that pulls data from several sources (databases, APIs, files), cleans and transforms it, checks that it is correct and leaves it ready for analysis.

What it is for

Your reports and dashboards always have current, reliable information, without anyone consolidating it.

Practical examples

  • Every night sales are pulled from the transactional system, transformed and loaded into an analytics database. If any data looks wrong (negative values, impossible dates, missing records), an alert goes out.
  • Bringing data from three different systems into one place so it can be cross-checked.

Where we've done it

An Airflow stack in production with DAGs versioned in Git, data quality validation with Great Expectations, published quality reports and email alerts; a full migration of that stack between servers.

What makes it different

We check data quality on every load. If something is wrong, you find out before a dashboard shows the wrong numbers.

Your business on one screen

Business dashboards and KPIs

What it is

Dashboards that show your key business numbers and update themselves.

What it is for

You will know how much you sell, what moves and what does not, without consolidating anything by hand in Excel.

Practical examples

  • A sales dashboard by product, channel and period for a store owner.
  • An operations dashboard: pending orders, shipping times and returns.
  • A finance dashboard: income, expenses and cash available this month.

Where we've done it

Deployment and administration of Apache Superset in production; database functions that calculate balances by type and period.

Each user sees only their own data

Embedded analytics in your platform

What it is

We embed dashboards directly inside your app or store, so your own users (sellers, partners, customers) see their data without leaving the platform, each one seeing only their own.

What it is for

Your users see their reports inside your product without you having to build them. For example, a marketplace can show each seller their own statistics.

Practical examples

  • A marketplace where each store sees its sales and visits in its own panel.
  • A SaaS platform that offers reports to its customers as part of the service.

Where we've done it

Superset configured with embedding and guest tokens, integrated with the domains of an e-commerce site in production.

Ideal for

Companies that already have their own platform and want to offer data to their users as part of their service.

Organized data, fast systems

Databases: design, tuning and migration

What it is

We design well-structured databases, diagnose why a system is slow and move information from one system to another (for example, years of Excel into a real database).

What it is for

Faster systems, organized and reliable data, and a way out of spreadsheets that can no longer keep up.

Practical examples

  • A company with 7 years of data in Excel that wants to move it to a clean database with no duplicates.
  • A system whose queries take several seconds: we review indexes and queries and deliver a report with the improvements.
  • Designing the data model for a new application.

Where we've done it

PostgreSQL and Supabase in production, SQL functions with business logic, migration of metadata databases together with their services.

Software and servers

09

Small systems, made to measure

APIs, backends and internal tools

What it is

We build the "engine" of an application (the part that stores data, applies rules and talks to other systems) or small internal tools for specific processes.

What it is for

Your business gets a system made for one specific process, without paying for large software that does not fit what you need.

Practical examples

  • An internal system to manage orders, with users, roles and reports.
  • The API a mobile app or website needs.
  • A microservice that receives data, processes it and hands it to other systems.

Where we've done it

A NestJS backend for an e-commerce site in production, a FastAPI service deployed with Docker, experience with Django and Spring Boot.

Our focus

We build small internal tools for one specific problem. We do not build large enterprise systems.

Your app online, secure and stable

Getting apps online

What it is

We take an existing application and get it running on a server securely and reliably, with its own domain, HTTPS, backups and properly configured environment variables.

What it is for

Many businesses have a finished app but do not know how to put it online, or have it published without the basic safeguards to run securely.

Practical examples

  • A startup with its app running locally that needs to publish it with a domain and a secure certificate.
  • An app that is already online but has no HTTPS, no backups or exposed keys: we get it ready to operate.
  • Tools like n8n or Superset published on your own server with Docker, a domain and secure access.

Where we've done it

n8n published with a domain and certificate behind nginx; Superset in production with Docker Compose, setting up domain and HTTPS ourselves.

Scope

We put apps online with backups and monitoring. We do not offer enterprise-grade availability guarantees (SLA).

The first step, with no risk

Technical diagnostic

What it is

A short review where we analyze one process or system in your business and give you a document with the problems found, their impact, the likely cause, the recommendation and the priority.

What it is for

Before you invest in an implementation, you know what to improve and what you would gain.

Practical examples

  • "Let's review how you build the weekly report today, and I'll tell you what can be automated and how much time you would save."
  • Review of an existing application: architecture, database, deployment and basic security.
